Life in MN envolves ice fishing.
Or so I have been told.
I have lived here my entire life and I am fairly certain this might have been my 3rd time ice fishing.
1st Time: In high school trying to impress a guy. Ha...little did me or my girlfriend know that you are suppose to wear boots and warm clothes when you go ice fishing and not look like you are going on a date. Oops.
2nd Time: A couple of years ago with all my boys (Hubs, boys, father-in-law, dad, brother-in-law). It was pretty short lived and it was cold.
3rd Time: Last weekend. My dad fixed up his new 'toy' a fishhouse that sounded pretty awesome as it even has a HEATER in it!!!!!!! I thought to myself, "now this is my kinda fishing!" Well we pulled it out onto the ice, got the holes drilled and even got a line or two in the water. All we had to do was get the HEAT working.....well after my dad's much persistance he couldn't get it to work. So back to ice fishing being COLD.
Maybe the 4th time will be the charm.
