Confidence + Stamina = Finisher of the Mankato 1/2 Marathon 2012

 

Today I ran hard and strong.  Today marks my second time ever running a Half Marathon.  Last year was my first.  Last year I finished in 2 hr 13 min.  This year I lower that time by 7 minutes.  I finished in 2 hrs 6 minutes.  So out of the two runs I've finished - today is a personal best!  I am proud of myself.

 

There was quite the crew of Sohre Family members.  Two of my sisters Wendy and Terri and two of my brother-in-laws Ted and Marty.  On the Cornish side there were two cousins Gabe and Sarah.  The event was a blast and I am already looking forward to next year!
