Military Thanks

Today I give thanks for the opportunity to live in America - the greatest country in the world! I give thanks to the men and woman who serve our country to ensure and maintain the freedoms we enjoy and often take for granted. Today I recognize my sister Terri who serves us in the National Guard (and is 7 months pregnant in this photo). I also honor my dad who served in Vietnam. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Please remember to pray for our military who vow to give their lives for yours if need be. Think of them as you kiss your kids goodnight. Some soliders won't see their children again for a year, if ever again. When you happen to see a soldier getting a coffee or grabbing lunch....offer to pay for it. It's the least we can do, right? Praise the Lord for these wonderful people.

  1. I didn't realize this photo was going to be on the 'blog'! I would have combed my hair... ha ha. But really thanks for the recognition, it means a lot to me.

So many good people out there keeping our country safe! God Bless them all.
    Terri
