4-0!!

The 1st born child of my parents (I am trying to avoid the word, "oldest") turned 40 this past weekend!  There are 5 siblings with a 10 year span between our birhtdays.  Needless to say my parents house was busy when we were all growing up.  I don't remember having a babysitter my entire life.  I'm not sure my parents ever had time to go out!  But not having a babysitter was alright with me because I loved haning out with my family and my siblings.  And that fact is still true today.

Unfortunately all of the siblings do not live in the same area anymore ... boo.  So it doesn't always work for everyone to get together, BUT, we have promised to make it up for each other.  SO when there are only 3 of the 5 present we have to party twice as hard, you know, to make it up for the missing 2! 

 

I mean after all, what are siblings for?  ha.
