Deeper Meaning

Jes and Aunt Candy

Have you ever been  so excited about something you can hardly sleep?  Just the thought of it keeps you awake at night...imagining all the possiblities.  This is how my hubby feels about leaving for Colorado in a few days.  

There is something about that land that calls to him.  As long as I have known him he has had this passion deep within him.  He has always wanted to move there - even tried a couple of times but the Lord had different plans.  

This place is special to me too.  That is where my love asked me to spend the rest of our lives together.  Yes, a marriage proposal.  That has been a happy five years ago and the last time we were there.

But even though all of these reasons are wonderful and are reason enough to visit Colorado, there is a bigger reason as to why we want to visit....and it is for this wonderful lady.

Isn't she adorable?  This is Jes's aunt, Candy.  See she lives there.  She is an incredible lady with a great sense of adventure.  There is a lot to learn from her and many memories to be made.  Can't wait!  Hurry up FRIDAY!
