There is something pretty cool about being an auntie. My two nieces and nephew spent the night with us a couple of weekends ago. We did a variety of things but of course we stayed at the cabin cuz ... well.... what else would be more fun! My dad has started this "thing" with the grandkids. Something called "shots". Now I'm not sure what the implications of this early habit in their lives is going to be however for now, well it's a blast! They get their shot glasses out and take shots of orange juice with a little bit of grenadine in it to make it "change colors". And then they all clink thier glasses together and say cheers!!
On their stay with us the girls and I went shopping at the mall. Some might think - oh what a treat for the girls but really it was the opposite. It was a treat ME! I mean I NEVER go shopping with girls. The boys could care less about shopping - actually I am pretty sure they hate it which in return makes me hate it, which in return makes them hate it more and then in return makes me hate....blah blah blah! So to get to my point I guess I just wanted to say that we took funny pictures just for fun!

The next day we all woke up and the girls wanted me to do their hair - or I might have kinda sorta put the idea in their sweet little heads. Then Spens wanted me to do his hair too. So here is the masterpiece (but it's hard to improve on perfection in the first place if you know what I mean).
